Dear Coach,

                Hi!  My name is Ryane Petersen and I am from Fresno, California.  I play on a

Summer travel team called the Central Valley Krush 18U Gold.  I am interested in attending College in the fall of 2007 and playing on your softball team.

                I am writing to you in hope that you will be able to watch me play this summer.  I am enclosing my summer schedule as well as my player profile.  I hope to see you at one or more of my games/tournaments.

                I have been playing softball for (11) eleven years now and still loving it!  Pitching,

is my primary position and my secondary positions are first and third base.  My travel

ball experience and recent softball awards are enclosed in my player profile.

                My plan for my professional career is to become a Sports Trainer/Physical

Therapist.  I am planning to major in Sports Medicine and minor in English.  I look

forward to my college experience whether I stay in the local area(s) or attend college out

of state. 

                Throughout my high school years, I have taken many challenging classes.  From

Gate classes to AP classes.  I feel that I have done well raising my standards semester

after semester.

                I truly hope that you will be able to evaluate me this summer, because I strongly

believe that I will be an asset to your school and your team.
